After enduring nine yellow jacket stings mowing the front yard, I called A-Action for assistance. Nicole was very helpful, understood the urgency and scheduled a field tech to arrive the same day. Rob arrived, located the nest and applied the appropriate treatment to eliminate the nest. He explained what the product was, and ensured I understood the precautions needed after its application. 72 hrs after treatment there has been zero bee activity.

Rob was great, he's very thorough and professional.

Very professional service Joe went above and beyond to secure the exterior of the home, cleaned the eves of the home of any cob webs, and set up traps inside and outside to hopefully get rid of the mice problem we are experiencing, and lastly sealed up all of the major access points where the mice could be entering through. Joe also went out of his way to close up the outside crawl space door and recommended a certain screw to keep it from weathering.
